Summer Hot Shot Challenge Signup

To signup for the Pro Shot Hockey Summer Hot Shot Challenge simply fill out the form below and click submit.  If you are not a member it is not too late, just signup then purchase your membership card from the pro shop. The contest will run from April 17th through August 14.  You may sign up anytime prior to or during the contest, but the more you shoot the better chance you have to win, so signup early.  For rules and more information click here.
